As the Shift Supervisor, I oversee a small team of Global Security Control Operators and Access Control Operators. I create reports and monthly audits describing monthly incidents and events. I also created a training program to conduct daily training to ensure all employees are up to speed with the most current practices.

As the Deserter Information Point SNCOIC I supervised over 300 deserter investigations by six USMC investigators and personally investigated over 30 deserter cases. I completed over 100 armed flights and transported more than 50 military deserters and prisoners nationally and internationally. I also supervised monthly audits of 135 deserter warrants and conducted 119 criminal background checks for prisoners, staff, and volunteers at five Navy and USMC confinement facilities. I oversaw over 80 security and procedural inspections to ensure the security and proper storage of classified material.

As an Embassy Security Guard, I stood up two detachments at new Embassy Compounds. This required me to write, review, and revise the Standard Operating Procedures used to ensure Embassy staff and Classified materials' safety. I performed in 97 response drills and two actuals where I was the focal point in reacting to the incidents, which lead to the successful de-escalation of both incidents. My contributions earned a Meritorious Honor Award.

While I was a Corrections Specialist in the Marine Corps, I was the Special Quarters Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) and contributed directly to the facility's 100% standards compliance during the 2011 American Correctional Association Triennial Reaccreditation Audit.
