Hello, I'm Aidan, a Project Manager at EMS. My role involves the overall and day-to-day management of large scale water quailty monitoring projects flow surveys from inception to conclusion. As a Project Manager, I carry out and assist with pre-site and specification work, and I'm involved in the proposal and pricing stage of projects. I'm responsible for overseeing all data analysis and management within each project. I also ensure that all projects adhere to the EMS Health and Safety policy and RAMS. highlighting where potential improvements can be made.Prior to my current role, I worked as a Field Engineer for EMS and as a Flow Survey Team Leader at Environmontel. I have expertise in technical installation and commissioning within wastewater networks and the natural water environment, which has provided me with extensive practical experience in project work.In addition to my professional experience, I'm currently pursuing a BSc in Environmental Management and hold several qualifications, including but not limited to City & Guilds Level 2 Working in Confined Spaces, City & Guilds Chapter 8 Signing, Lighting and Guarding, IPAF MEWP Licensed Operator, Working at Heights Trained, CSCS card holder, CCNSG safety passport holder, NRSWA (New Roads and Streetworks Act).I am always looking for new opportunities to collaborate with others in the industry, and I welcome any connections or discussions.
