This lead to a lightening re-positioning of the brand. Unfortunately, two years later, the business was forced into administration; I was retained by the administrator, Hilco, to assist in the sale of the entire business. My role covered procurement, facilities management, soft services, architecture, store development and brand building. Everything from developing new brand concepts to delivery and up keeping the store environments.
