I took this role purely for my own self-interest as one of my greatest passions is health, fitness, and supplementation. I have seen how business decisions, management styles, employee personalities, the interplay of work sub-systems, store and employee presentation, and business events have changed the functioning of the workplace system and the result on customers. Working with Amart Sports furthered my passion for health and fitness and built the foundations for my interest in business.
