CurrentAs the Brother at Large for the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity, I serve as a neutral mediator and advocate for my brothers, fostering harmony and promoting unity within the chapter. My role involves resolving conflicts by addressing issues confidentially and impartially, ensuring that disputes are settled in a way that upholds our values and strengthens our brotherhood. I focus on supporting the well-being of my brothers by being a resource for advice and encouragement, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. I work proactively to identify and address potential concerns before they escalate, and I represent the collective interests of the chapter by acting as a bridge between members and leadership. Through organizing community-building activities and exemplifying our fraternity’s values, I help strengthen bonds among brothers and maintain the integrity of our traditions.
