I standardized the cleanup process of auto-generated external scan reports from Blackpoint Cyber and CrowdStrike Falcon sent to customers; the process reduced final report sizes by 80%. I also conducted research into SOAR tools and provided recommendations to the security team based on findings.

I gained invaluable experience in security analysis, becoming proficient in using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender as well as exercising the OODA loop approach for reporting. I also developed an internal OODA report generator using Python and KQL queries that retrieved data from Winona IT's SIEM tools to help produce incident reports efficiently.

I handled analysis of employee life-cycle activities in support of the company’s California Privacy Rights Act compliance initiative; worked alongside the Marketing and Project Management teams to reorganize their Asana systems; created tutorial videos for adding users into the company’s learning management software; and conducted primary research in supporting the development and implementation of the company’s business continuity, recovery, and incident response policies.

I was trained in MEAN stack development, database management, Postman and HTTP fetch requests. I also helped create the security role system for their in-house project management application to support ongoing implementation and testing.
