Shadowed and assisted physicians on the trauma team at Scripps-Mercy Hospital in San Diego. Observed trauma rounds, ICU rounds, and assisted on numerous primary, secondary, and tertiary assessments of trauma patients.

General warehouse and moving work

Worked under Dr. Coathup examining Virtual Reality as both a diagnostic and cognitive rehabilitation tool for patients with Alzheimer’s Disease. Research included meeting and collaborating with VR technicians, clinical psychologists, and geriatricians.

Taught and assisted with different general chemistry techniques (titrations, mass spectroscopy, thermal analysis, etc.). Graded pre-labs, quizzes, and practicals.
