    Designed Automated solution for customer remediation payments. Previous attempts wereunsuccessful in designing a solution which could cater for incident variations and as suchthe remediations team expanded to 300 staff, conducting largely manual and repetitivetasks. To cater for this complexity I proposed an innovative solution that was flexible forvaried project requirements.- Onboarded team to develop POC and establish benefits.- Developed POC in 3 months. Tested POC with 3 teams and determined that each saw areduction in time to pay customers by 2 months (from 5 to 3 months). POC was then rolledout to all 17 teams.- Further developed POC into production application, designed to reduce the remediationprocess from 5 months to 1 while reducing costs ($80M) by half- Restructuring testing of remediation payments to be handled by 7 automation testers, downfrom 80 manual testers- Implement Agile good practice in Westpac Business banking including Scaled agile releasetrain for remediation payments- Managed team of 12 direct reports and 30 indirect reports
