Serve beverages from the range of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks to 150+ guests per night in bar and restaurant settings. Take responsibility for maintaining an organised and clean bar and lounge area while strictly adhering to COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Coordinating with other members of staff to ensure a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere whilst also being able to work as a team to make sure customers expectations are met by providing high quality customer service. Serve customers with a composed and friendly manner whilst also having extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine to provide knowledgeable recommendations and ensure customers leave the hotel satisfied.
