Growing up in Hong Kong, a city with limited environmental awareness, left an indelible mark on my worldview. I took matters into my own hands as a teenager to construct a machine that automated recycling processes. Yet, the reality of people choosing convenience over sustainability fueled my determination to tackle larger issues.Believing in the need for corporate involvement in sustainability to amplify individual efforts, I decided to pursue Masters of Management Dual Degree with Bachelor of Natural Resources Conservation. Along the way, my focus expanded beyond recycling, drawing me towards the socioeconomic complexities of climate change and consulting. This realization led me working at Natural Resources Canada, where I sharpened my skills in remote sensing imagery analysis, Arc/QGIS, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint. As the Consulting Director at 180 Degrees Consulting, I supervise and support teams of 40+ members to provide NGOs with consulting services (social impact analysis, go-to-market strategies, etc).
