Aidan established WBMC as a collaborative company working at the intersection of traditional media and emerging technologies and continues to run the business alongside company president Janelle Landers. Now with offices on Wadandi, Gadigal, and Boon Wurrung lands, WBMC’s early efforts saw production of the first television series in the world to incorporate SMS interactivity and development of Australia's most prolific legal television download site. The company continues to produce award-winning interactive work for partners like Apple, Google, and Meta.As well as writing and directing the feature rockumentary 𝙎𝙊𝙈𝙀𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙄𝙉 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙒𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙍, Aidan has produced the feature films 𝙎𝙊𝙉 𝙊𝙁 𝘼 𝙂𝙐𝙉 starring Ewan McGregor and Academy Award winner Alicia Vikander; 𝙒𝘼𝙎𝙏𝙀𝘿 𝙊𝙉 𝙏𝙃𝙀 𝙔𝙊𝙐𝙉𝙂 starring Oliver Ackland and Adelaide Clemens; Ned Rifle starring Parker Posey and Aubrey Plaza; and 𝙊𝙏𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙀, acquired by Netflix. Recent production 𝙍𝘼𝙈𝙎, starring Sam Neill, Michael Caton and two-time Academy Award nominee Miranda Richardson, was the number one Australian film of 2020. Aidan has produced television for ABC, SBS, National Geographic, Discovery, and Fox Sports, including the recent documentaries 𝙂𝙄𝙍𝙇 𝙇𝙄𝙆𝙀 𝙔𝙊𝙐 and 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙂𝙀 𝘾𝙃𝘼𝙉𝙂𝙀𝙍𝙎.Aidan in currently on the board WAM, the peak body for contemporary music in Western Australia; was previously on the board of Screenwest; and has worked with Perth Festival, the Art Gallery of WA, FORM, Regional Arts WA, The Blue Room Theatre, and Barking Gecko.Since graduating with First Class Honours in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Western Australia, Aidan has studied Philosophy at Yale; Management and Leadership at Stanford University; and is currently completing an MBA from Harvard University.
