Coordinate project meetings including:• delivery and distribution of meeting minutes • Attending meetings with the project coordinator as required• Use advanced Excel, Word, Bluebeam and Power Point, etc. programs• Prepare monthly progress reports• Safety in Design• Specifications• Technical Reports• Internal coordination of the working groups including:• Meetings• Management of the working group meeting room• Coordination of RFI responses including managing a database of all responses• Coordination of sub-consultants information• Distribution of emails to relevant parties• All non-drawing upload/download on Aconex• Prepare presentations and power points• Prepare .progress payments, certifications, site inspection reports, etc.

• Provide general administrative assistance to Engineers.• Organising and scheduling of ESD and Green Star deliverables both internally and externally. • Liaise with design teams to obtain required information for ESD works. • Review and take-offs of drawings and design documents
