- Lead developer for delivering first ever file upload capabilities on new client and server for the Branded External Career Site.- Developed on a cross-pillar guild team to deliver a framework for Branching Questionnaires, and led the Recruiting uptake of framework on the External Career Site.- Mentor for Recruiting Mentorship Program for 3 years and expanded program across the Talent Pillar as an administrator. Responsibilities as administrator include: recruiting mentors and mentees to meet Pillar OKR around mentorship; forming parings based off experience, goals, and interests; engaging with participants periodically to ensure there is value coming from the program; and coaching mentors through challenges using my creative solutioning.- Scrum master supporting 3 different teams: managing the teams short term goals and tasks, and maintaining long term execution metrics to effectively track our progress towards defined milestones, used in creating and communicating delivery goals and managing stakeholder expectations; Fostering culture; Cultivating an iterative approach mentality to challenges by guiding team experiments.

- Pioneered Workday’s first project embedding two in-house technologies, to deliver Internal Apply for Non-Workers.- Led the effort for building a research-backed candidate experience for Job Alerts feature- Partnered closely with multiple tooling and framework teams to identify enhancements needed by our application teams

Designed UI’s for entering participant data into databases for various on-going research projects within the Kinesiology Department at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Worked in Visual Studio to develop UI views in XAML and backend development in C#. Was given project specification, planned, implemented, and released new software system.

Collaborated with a Cal Poly Faculty to advance knowledge on the culture and lived experiences of under represented groups in STEM fields at Cal Poly. This research will contribute to institutional change at Cal Poly.

Programmed in Perl Script to automate process of transferring patient files between company servers and to automate process of uploading files to company billing portal. Participated in LEAN business practices, including but not limited to: partaking in and leading daily administration meetings, Four-Corner project management charts, and LEAN trainings
