I am currently a Junior at West Virginia University, starting to look for roles in the Global Supply Chain field. As a Global Supply Chain major, I'm fascinated by the endless amounts of opportunities that are going to be coming my way in the future. As such, I'm currently enrolled in GSCM 350 Sourcing and Supply Management, GSCM 355 Logistics and Operations Management, BCOR 360 Supply Chain Management Business Core and BCOR 299 Business Communication.I loved my Internship with Precise Systems as I worked alongside NAVAIR very religiously. I am striving to land a Government internship with NAVAIR this summer to further my understanding of how NAVAIR operates and how Global Supply Chain management is involved in their company. Over the course of my summer internship I received my Secret Clearance, Attended & shadowed multiple BFM, Engineering, & leadership meetings. I also completed in-person trainings for the government these included SAFe for Agile and SAFe for Government, both conducted through the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. These courses introduced me to the Scaled Agile Framework, which provides a set of organizational and workflow patterns designed to implement agile practices on an enterprise scale. I also attended many web-based trainings through DAU and Waypoints, these included BFM courses and Artificial Intelligence & Machine learning.
