Assisted in the final development stages for the video game, Pakicetus Redux. New feature development, maintenance, repair and refinement of current systems, preparing appropriate documents to ensure the game was ready for release on Steam.

Established and standardized in internal Print Shop (Large format printer, laminator, and cutter). Upheld and fulfilled production orders in Print Shop (Vinyl decals, labels, and cardstock). Created branding for a custom in-house program. Created in-house announcements and updated website to display them. Created labels to be used in-house and updated old ones for everyday use in and out of house. Developed advertisements and documents for products. Worked closely with a marketing team to develop new strategies and content.

Worked with clients to gather and define requirements, establish scopes and managing project milestones. Completed in-depth product design tests with help of different software, models and design systems. Created multiple posters for a variety of reasons and clients. Designed creative digital displays used in on-line advertising for a sports team in Germany. Applied creative expertise to present marketing concepts.

Replenished food items, paper products and canned goods to keep pantry well-stocked during busy periods. Upsold high-profit items such as appetizers and mixed drinks to enhance sales numbers. Explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns. Used slow periods to restock supplies, boxes, clean dishes, and delivery bags. Cultivated warm relationships with regular customers. Displayed enthusiasm and promoted excellent service to customers, successfully increasing referrals and walk-in business.
