I currently work for Vantaca as the Director of Professional Services. A Few of my responsibilities are: * Organize and execute the Professional Services function to meet sales and growth objectives of Vantaca * Hire and develop a high performing team that delivers outstanding service to our customers * Improve and streamline the customer onboarding process so that customers take full advantage of the technology and best practices so they can achieve their business goals and objectives * Introduce service offerings that help Company maintain competitive advantage and ensure that the company achieves our financial targets * Help customers accelerate time to value so that they are getting value from their subscription faster * Develop the reporting and instrumentation for the Professional Services so that we can proactively manage the team to achieve our revenue, margin and utilization targets with better visibility and proactive leadership * Partner with sales leadership to gain visibility on sales forecast and directly participate in closing new deals and managing key accounts * Accurately forecast services revenue monthly * Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships at key accounts and network with high potential prospects. * Be accountable for services financial goals and metrics, including bookings, revenue, gross margin and utilization. * Own operational metrics, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction and on-time completion of projects.Leading, multitasking, communication, organization, problem-solving, scheduling, and dependability are just a few of the skills I have developed over my many years of work and education.
