Mr. Aiken is a 2014 graduate of The College of William & Mary, having studied government and process management. He has over 8 years of federal experience supporting budget planning, formulation, data analytics, performance reporting, organizational improvement, and dashboard development efforts. Mr. Aiken specializes in conducting complex analyses, forecasting, and creating dashboards within Microsoft Excel and Tableau. He is passionate about knowledge-sharing—he served as a teaching assistant for two undergraduate Excel courses and enjoys sharing time-saving techniques with others. Before joining the Grant Thornton team, Mr. Aiken was a contributor for the Diplomatic Courier, an international affairs magazine, and published articles about international security, global demographic trends, food insecurity, and Sino-American relations.
