My sole focus during this time was to manage a 100+person project team over the course of 2 years that was responsible for transitioning an entire legacy customer service department (300+ people in 4 different countries) into the corporate customer service department. I was responsible for managing the project PMO that delivered this project, which meant that I was the day to day lead who was responsible for monitoring the overall status and health of the program. I did this by working closely with other project managers who were responsible for individual components of the program to understand their progress and issues, and summarizing this information on a recurring basis for the rest of the project leadership.During this time frame, my major deliverables were to finalize the scope/deliverables list for the project and created the responsibilities framework of the project that was used throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.

I worked very closely with the key stakeholders of the install base data (Customer Support, New Sales, Sales Renewals) to understand their business processes and to coordinate process changes that would address their current pain points. I also used my knowledge of the process, to facilitate discussions with developers to create automated solutions.For example: - Enable Sales Renewals to proactively inform Customer Support representatives that they had been engaging a particular End Customer to renew their service contract- Enable Order Management to proactively inform Sales Operations that evaluation units were in the process of being returned to manufacturing- Enabling Customer Support to effectively entitle support by doing an in-depth analysis and clean up of Install Base->Service Contract data, and by creating a metric to report on how well the sales data matched the customer support data

As a consultant, my primary focus was management of Installed Base:- Analyzing and addressing individual requests for IB changes- Gathering functional requirements for ways to automate IB updates- Migration of a portion of the Installed Base to another IB System- Defining business processes for streamlining and correctly making IB changes
