Responsibilities:• Ownership of three major technologies (0.25µm, 0.35µm & MOSFET) in metal etching process.• Involved in new process qualification, new product tape-outs and process capability improvement. • Provide technical support to the manufacturing team and to follow up production line issues to ensure products meet targeted shipment dates. Achievements:• Work closely with the Research & Development team as well as the Yield Enhancement team to establish new metal etch process recipe for MOSFET products. • Equipped with intermediate technical skills in metal etching process using decoupled plasma source (DPS).• Able to work in a team regardless of age and cultural background.

Responsibilities:• Monitoring the Product Quality Giveaway (PQGA) and responsible of reporting it to the respective technologist.• Updating Motor Octane Number (MON) and Rotor Octane Number (RON) for each product of the refinery.• Run tests to determine blending ratio for Jet A1 fuel using off spec products.Achievements:• Completed three months internship with distinction.• Equipped with basic technical skills of oil and gas industry such as monitoring and analysing the trend of PQGA.• Able to work in a team regardless of age and cultural background.
