Recognised as a Fellow of CPA Australia and Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, Aileen serves on the Board of Ronald McDonald House North Australia, and has previously held Board and Committee positions with Payments and Banking services provider Indue Ltd; MITEZ (The Mount Isa to Townsville Economic Development Zone) and Townsville Enterprise Ltd.Queensland Country’s Head Office is based in Townsville, North Queensland. The Queensland Country group includes Queensland Country Credit Union and Queensland Country Health Fund. Queensland Country has been awarded the Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation for the ninth consecutive year. They are only one of 141 organisations across Australia to be awarded the prestigious citation by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).Major projects completed during her tenure as CEO have included:- complete technology replacement, including Core Banking System conversion- mergers with Cairns based Credit Union, ECU Limited and SEQ based Queenslanders Credit Union- establishment of Dental and other clinical servicesThe Queensland Country group now employs over 400 staff across 29 branches, and has assets of $2.4 billion.
