CurrentKey Achievements• Revise and develop Standard Operating Processes (SOP);• Provide leadership and guidance to Senior Accounts Executive;• Oversee local and regional accounts (Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and China)Area of Responsibilities• Responsible for day to day transactional accounting, including tracking of all transactions and preparation for statutory reporting and handling internal and external audits.• Review accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and entries;• Forecast and manage company cash flows;• Generate management reports for analysis and provide advice and recommendations on Strategy and Operations to enable key strategic decision-making processes;• Implement cost control measures and taxation planning;• Review and recommend improvements to accounting systems and processes;• Monitor financial activities on geographic expansion projects and product development;• Establish and review remuneration, compensation and incentive schemes for employees; and• Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
