Head of North American Marketing for CCH Tagetik's Corporate Performance Management Suite of Solutions. Own the demand generation strategy, drive the execution of fully integrated and measurable campaigns, foster strong alignment and collaboration with the sales teams and ultimately increase the impact of marketing programs on pipeline and revenue. Lead a team of diverse and highly skilled marketers focused on content strategy, performance marketing, account based marketing, digital advertising, marketing technologies, marketing operations, events marketing, partner co-marketing, customer retention support programs, brand awareness, social presence and sales/marketing enablement.

As a global head of demand creation strategy, I am accountable for increasing momentum, market preference and opportunity volume globally by managing the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in the field, providing our sales teams with improved quantity and quality of sales pursuits.Responsibilities:- Work closely with all sales heads and teams as an advisor and collaborator, defining go to market strategies, and subsequently supporting these strategies with effective and measurable marketing programs.- Creation and implementation of demand creation strategies and tactics across all global territories- Accountable for all results from marketing campaign and program activity and ensuring the Field Marketing role is effective in achieving the results expected- Assess market opportunities for key geographical and sales unit territories including Inside Sales, the Americas and EMEA and proactively develop and execute activities to capture those opportunities- Identify, develop and facilitate joint marketing activities with partners working in collaboration with Alliances and Channels- Act as a primary interaction point between sales and marketing- Own the development and execution of Annual and Quarterly Territory Marketing Plans as it relates to campaigns and lead generation. - Accountable to allocate and manage the demand creation assigned budget- Responsible for producing marketing metrics and results for CMO, Sales Directors and EVP Sales- Proactively provide recommendations to sales reps and sales management in support of the Territory business plan- Support the ongoing development of User Groups
