About Ai-Lin Kee

Having had the privilege to work across 3 niche industry - events, PR and tourism delivering marketing/communication solutions and activities, I made a decision to pursue a personal passion in inspiring and encouraging people to love the outdoors and thus a change in career path into nature conservation.Utilising my methodical and organised approach, I assisted and supported a small Grants and Trust team in ensuring that we are able to put together cohesive and successful grant applications for the conservation work that we do in RSPB here in Wales.I was also privileged to work as the Park Warden at Parc Taf Bargoed. The role encompass raising the profile of a 140 hectare community park, working with partners and stakeholders as well as general maintenance of the park. In my free time, I currently volunteer for British Trust for Ornithology and Keep Wales Tidy Green Flag Award. For the former, I conduct monthly Wetland Birds survey for three sites in Merthyr. For the latter, I am one of the Green Flag Award judges.
