• Product Management: Responsible for growing sales for Parts Product class (Engine's and driving train) in the aftermarket, in addition to increasing the market share in (UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain) for Caterpillar units.• Business Planning and Business Development: Identify, create, deploy, and oversee achievement of commercial support annual programs and short term campaigns at the dealership, designed to increase business in the Parts Product class • Strategic Alignment: Act as a single point of contact for all parts product-related activities and updates, to ensure alignment of Al-Bahar and Caterpillar strategies, by communicating the emerging market needs to Caterpillar, and communicating all parts product updates from Caterpillar to the branches • Team Training and Development: Provide expertise to assist dealer salespeople to develop, maintain, and grow customers including training, product updates and design focused incentive schemes • Leading cross functional teams: Liaise with general service manager and branch service managers to ensure that service departments have resources in place as people, tools and systems to support parts product growth strategy and action plans (organizational skills) • Manage Promotional Events: Set a plan with marketing department to prepare for the major annual events and set a plan for the parts product related marketing material (co-marketing)• Account Management: Visit the targeted key customers selected during developing parts product growth plan to ensure implementation of the solutions and measure customer feedback • Maintain and update competitive information library as one safe source for complete competition portfolio in the market by industry• Analytical skills: Collect and Analyze information, problem-solve and making decision

Managing Parts Product class and works with Product Support Sales Representatives (PSSRs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to research, recommend, and promote the Parts Product to customers. Has primary responsibility for financial targets such as revenue growth and profit/loss, and works with the Parts Department to manage inventory and stock levels for the Parts Product. • Establish business performance benchmark parameters and ensure they are kept current and effectively communicated internally and externally• Track significant activities of Parts Product class competitors in the territory and the product performance of the offerings in the Parts Product class• Identify, create, deploy, and oversee the achievement of marketing programs • Facilitate the development and execution of merchandising programs• Provide recommendations and partner with Inventory Control Manager for the Parts Product class, manage expenses and inventory investment• Provide training in the Parts Product class

Responsible for fleet customers account management: Establishing an annual action plan to address identified opportunities through technical presentations and demonstrations on how a product meets client needs. In addition to setting targets for sales growth, customer calls & site visits.
