I am an industrial physicist who creates products that provide sustainable solutions for the climate crisis, be they technological or educational. I do this by effectively employing the skills I have learnt as a scientist, a part-time journalist and writer for both print media and radio, as well as an environmental and social justice activist, a science communicator, a story-teller and a sustainability advocate to provide unique, inclusive and innovative solutions.I love working with communities and children to instill in them a joy and appreciation for STEAM education, a life-long love of learning, and inspire them to take action and responsibility to resolve societal problems and become change makers themselves. I believe there can be no climate justice without social justice. I work with communities across social classes; to build bridges and break down barriers. My current project, WrapUp is more of a movement led by my mother and myself, across the mega city of Karachi, in Pakistan to combat its waste management crisis. We do this by engaging not only stakeholders but the average citizen in every locality.My other interests include sustainable agriculture, water conservation, decolonization, philosophy and art.
