Organisational Development:- UK Career Drive (2024): Planned and executed an initiative engaging over 1000 Malaysian students across cities, including Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, and London.- Career-related Instagram Account: Managing a growing account with 1,700+ followers in under 11 months, promoting career opportunities, student engagement, and daily life at Sunway Group by leveraging the assistance of Meta Business Suite.- Sunway Agility Challenge 2024: Designed and executed a 12-day challenge in collaboration with ASLI, iLabs, and other partners, involving 49 students from local and overseas universities.- Student Organization Partnerships: Maintained strong relationships with partners like UKEC, ICMS, and ICUMS.- Talent Pipeline Development: Designed a comprehensive pipeline for technical and vocational students, based on market research and strategic discussions to enhance workforce readiness.- Sunway Campus Ambassador Programme: Led the recruitment and execution of the program for 2024/25, successfully onboarding over 20 students from top universities to bridge the gap between academia and industry.- Sunway Employer Day: Directed an event with participation from 12 business units and 15+ booths, engaging over 750 students to boost brand awareness of the Sunway ecosystem.- Business Efficiency Improvement Project: Collaborated with fellow Management Associates to streamline tourist entry at Sunway Lagoon through competitor analysis and process recommendations.

As a PPE graduate with zero prior knowledge about audit, the last 3 months at GIAD have been a remarkable eye-opener. From navigating Property Development Division (PDD) to Building Material Group (BMG), Sunway Travel, ESG, Sunway Construction, and stocktakes for Trading & Manufacturing (T&M) and Sunway Multicare Pharmacy (SMP) – it's been a whirlwind adventure!🌐 PDD equipped me with a deep understanding of tender & awards procedures – RFI, RFT, RFQ, RFP, Sealed Bid, Direct tender, and even allowed me to step into the shoes of a mystery shopper. Talk about adulting at its finest!📦 BMG presented challenges in materials, ingredients, production, and stock-keeping – definitely not as simple as it sounds!🌱 ESG provided insights into capturing and translating data related to ESG for Bursa purposes.🧳 Sunway Travel delved into Credit Control for a sustainable and reliable business.🏗️ Sunway Construction introduced me to the complexities of entertainment, claims, and reimbursements, with a bit of a challenge in the form of a not-so-great toilet experience!📈 Stocktake duties for T&M and SMP polished my stock-keeping skills, emphasizing the importance of proper record-keeping.As a Philosophy, Politics & Economics student, I see the philosophical, political, and economic dimensions of internal audit. It's about ethical actions guided by SOP (Philosophy), diplomatic persuasion to align with the auditee (Politics), and ensuring practical SOP considering costs and benefits (Economics). Excited to apply these learnings and contribute to good governance!
