Procurement Systems Specialist
Current- Leading the procurement function as the designated Business Owner during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba across multiple companies in Yemen, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.- Managing incident resolution for procurement systems, including logging, prioritizing, and troubleshooting user issues while collaborating with IT, SAP support teams, and suppliers.- Overseeing the accuracy of vendor and material master data, ensuring compliance with organizational standards by coordinating with the master data team.- Developing and optimizing procurement workflows within SAP systems to enhance process efficiency and reduce errors in P2P transactions. - Providing end-user support, including training, guidance on procurement policies, and resolving inquiries related to POs, requisitions, and vendor management.- Communicating regularly with suppliers to address operational challenges, resolving procurement-related issues, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.- Collaborating with procurement managers, directors, IT teams, and suppliers to address system requirements, troubleshoot operational challenges, and ensure process efficiency.- Conducting testing phases (UAT, Integration, and Unit Testing) to validate system configurations and ensure successful implementation.Analyzing procurement data and preparing detailed reports, including WRICEF requests, to assist in strategic decision-making.- Delivering updates on system utilization and performance to senior management, emphasizing adherence to SLAs and improving service delivery.
