First point of contact for clients, advisors and other providers while contacting True Potential. As well as arranging and completing fact find meetings ahead of adviser appointments. I am considered a go to person on the team and I am always willing to help those around me. I am also currently studying my RO exams to further my development and knowledge. I also try to keep the teams motivation high, I check in with everyone daily to ensure they are getting on okay. I often arrange games or quizzes for us to play while workload is low, or send horoscopes and random facts to break up the teams workload.
