My role is to onboard and implement enterprise experience management clients to Qualtrics, specifically focusing on the technical product solution and architecture for each program. The role includes fully designing and owning client's end-to-end product solutions, foreseeing and planning for risks in custom technical solutions, and supporting and guiding technology consultants and clients on building, supporting, and expanding their customer experience programs.

In my role as Technology Consultant, I was responsible for delivering complex Customer Experience programs with a team. I worked on a multitude of different project spanning multiple industries, including banking, airlines, public health, and healthcare. My core job responsibilities were project management, troubleshooting and escalating client issues, creating and maintaining robust documentation (including program design documents and RAID logs), and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
