• Sole responsibility for maintaining CRM database (Maximizer)
• Assist in managing and updating GroundSure’s corporate website including subscriptions to the corporate newsletter
• Provide marketing support to sales team and maintaining strong partner relationships
• Represent GroundSure at external exhibitions, conferences and road shows
• Organise GroundSure’s stand at external exhibitions and conferences
• Co-ordinate corporate events and conferences including product launches and joint seminars with key resellers

• Effectively manage a designated healthcare recruitment desk
• Ensure all requests for shifts are filled with the most suitable candidate available
• Develop and continually expand an extensive client base
• Liaise with clients and arrange regular visits in order to maintain a good working relationship
• Attend recruitment fairs/university and employment road shows and open days as required
• Carry out temp appraisals and follow up any client grievances

• Organise any recruitment required within the team, including conducting interviews for potential candidates
• Train and induct any new members of staff
• Monitor and organise shift patterns and time keeping, ensuring sufficient cover at all times
• Create and update holiday and sickness spreadsheets
• Ensure that the sales objectives of Nationwide are achieved within the host company
• Chase drivers to book services/MOT’s/warranty issues.
