As a Donor Carer Venepuncturist, I serve as the frontline support for blood donation services, providing essential care and assistance to donors throughout the blood donation process. From welcoming donors to performing venepuncture and monitoring their well-being, I ensure a smooth and comfortable experience while adhering to strict safety protocols. With a focus on customer care and teamwork, I contribute to maintaining a positive donation environment, encouraging donors to return and bring others to support this life-saving cause. My role also involves loading and unloading NHSBT equipment vehicles and assembling mobile donation equipment at off site venues, adding versatility to my responsibilities within NHS Blood and Transplant's vital mission.

After previously volunteering with Think Pacific I joined a team of interns on the International Universities Research Project.
