Provide training, consultation and technical assistance for projects focused on services and supports for children, youth and families. I work collaboratively with community partners, system champions, youth, families, agencies, state/county/local government leaders and staff and many others working to make the system better for youth and families.

As a care coordinator I was responsible for coordinating the team process for the team that came together to support the family and youth with identified needs. As a group we identified strengths to meet those needs and reduce barriers. I helped all group members participate and helped the youth/family ensure that their needs were met before the process was complete

I assisted families that were enrolled in Developmental Disability services to identify their needs and then access any necessary supports and services based on those needs. I also helped to coordinate interdisciplinary teams as well.

I coordinated Wraparound and Family Group Decision Making for Clay County. It was my responsibility to build the Wraparound project in this area. I was the coordinator of this project, with the help of a board that met regularly and was overseen by a collaborative of agencies that were stake holders in the project. I regularly reported out to these stakeholders as to the progress of the Wraparound and FGDM projects. I also convened community wide trainings for the community to learn about Wraparound.

Cooperatively worked with families, students, teachers, counselors, and school administrators to identify students who struggled with attendance and/or tardiness. Collaborated with families to engage in planning for increased attendance. Advocated for and built a working relationship with students who were marginalized and disproportionately funneled into the truancy program.
