As a clinician who has transitioned into the tech and SaaS space, I have been able to relay my knowledge about the dental industry to those at my places of employment.Most recently, as an Account Director at Lasso MD, I managed client relationships post sale. This process entails a fully encompassing new client experience. Responsibilities include meeting with clients, gathering details, initiating client website and SEO builds, reviews, and ROI discussions. Renewals and upsells are additional opportunities to service current customers. As the CS Enablement Manager at Dental Intelligence, Inc., I prepared and facilitated training of our products with our CSM and Onboarding teams, and in the past was also directly responsible for webinar training, customer onboarding, and account management. As the CS Enablement Manager, my main focus was to educate our CSMs so they could effectively deliver ROI to our customers in the dental industry by explaining the benefits and advantages of using our Analytics and Engagement platform, and how their use offers to improve business performance and better care for their patients. I have an innate desire to aid learning in others to help bring forth potential and improvement. I am very conscientious with the roles I hold and use this to my advantage when training others on how to interact with our platform and with our customers.
