Aimee is a CPA in NY and CT with over 20 years of experience with PwC, working in Assurance, the National Professional Services Group and Transaction Services primarily serving clients in the New York Metro region. Aimee is currently a Managing Director serving in the Chief Auditor Network supporting audit engagements in the New York Metro region and the National Quality organization within PwC.Previously, Aimee served on the revenue and compensation team with the Accounting and Consulting Group in the National Professional Services Group. Her responsibilities included providing accounting advice to engagement teams and clients and on a variety of accounting matters, specializing in revenue recognition (e.g. software, multiple-element arrangements), share-based compensation, pension and OPEB, employee termination benefits, restructuring, and contingencies, among others. Aimee has also developed an expertise in lease accounting while serving large multi-national clients with significant leasing divisions and in connection with monitoring developments with the joint IASB/FASB Leases project. Aimee has authored and reviewed several technical accounting publications for PwC across topical areas of expertise. Aimee was also a member of the PwC Thought Leadership Team, acting as FASB liaison to the National Office standard setting group, monitoring ongoing FASB project developments, primarily focusing on the Revenue Recognition and Leases projects, IFRS convergence issues, identifying implications and working with project managers to develop communication strategies related to ongoing developments.
