For most of my 30+ year career, I have focused on implementing customer driven technology solutions. For the last decade, I have been immersed in digital transformations for several Fortune 500 companies in a variety of critical roles including program manager/release train engineer, integration manager, product owner, and agile advisor/coach. Helping companies achieve their business goals while finding ways to continuously improve and obtain business agility has been my driving force. As a scaled agile program consultant (SAFe SPC), I have helped organizations move from predictive/waterfall processes to lean-agile ways of working that scale across the larger program and company.
