Account Specialist /Office Manager
CurrentManages Technical Support Operations, Sales and Purchasing including creation of quotes, service orders and purchase orders. Works with 3rd party software companies to ensure all renewals of software contracts. Performs all accounting functions, including payables and receivables for four entities. Performs bank and credit card reconciliations. Reviews employee time entries and processes bi-weekly payroll. Manages company's Human Resources and Benefits' documents and issues. Assists Executive personnel as needed. Manages office rentals and all building maintenance needs.
