As a Purchasing Manager at Porta Romana, I’ve gained over 8 years of experience within the Lighting and Furniture industry. Experienced in purchasing, planning, cost saving, negotiating, lead times and inventory control. I’ve effectively built lasting relationships with our suppliers with a strong work ethic and passion to ensuring the quality of our goods are always to a high standard. Responsible for the key purchasing requirements of the company and involved in strategic purchasing and operational activities within the business, liaising with relevant departments to ensure the schedule and standards are met.During my time at Pizza Express I was involved in tasks, sales blitz, training, Key Event Launches. I progressed through a MOD (Manager on Duty) Development Course. The course required MOD’s in the Hampshire area to assess the business and our individual restaurants across a three month period.Spin City Certified Aerial Hoop Instructor and I am also trained in Grounded Hoop & Anatomy and Physiology. I am fully insured and DBS checked and is always looking to expand & learn new skills.In September 2014 I achieved my National Powerboat Certificate Level 2 license for the UK and Internationally. It is a passion and hobby which I fully enjoy.
