September 2022 to PresentBeing a store supervisor at Hugo Boss involves managing both the team and the store but also being the bridge between the sales associates and the store managers. Currently I have also been taking on the role as Assistant Manger and have been doing so for 8months. This has meant that I have had to step up quickly and be come adaptable. It involves both communicating, organising, reading KPIs, understanding sales reports and meant both weekly, quarterly and yearly targets both instore and my own.
