September 2022 to PresentBeing a store supervisor at Hugo Boss involves managing both the team and the store but also being the bridge between the sales associates and the store managers. Currently I have also been taking on the role as Assistant Manger and have been doing so for 8months. This has meant that I have had to step up quickly and be come adaptable. It involves both communicating, organising, reading KPIs, understanding sales reports and meant both weekly, quarterly and yearly targets both instore and my own. Being apart of a competitive business has made me both strategical and productive. Working with boss has shown me Luxury retail and the fast nature of it but also the importance of product knowledge and building relationships with clients.Part of my role as supervisor also intels being a store suit specialist, which involves be being well knowledged in the department. Keeping up with current trends and adaptating to customer needs. Being a specialist aslo means that I’m fully tailored trained and this helps hugely with both the customer experience but also the store sales.
