-Assist with management of all contract and program requirements related to CSBG contract, including strategic planning, overseeing case management, and food pantry.-Manage tracking and collection of data for reporting to the State and assist with required grant reports.-Oversee the implementation of projects, events, and classes, including Housing Assistance grant. - Supervise a team of specialized managers in overseeing severely traumatized and behaviorally challenged children that are in foster care and under the custody of the Juvenile Courts. Collaborate with program director and executive team on program operations and strategic planning.- Advise on compliance with state legal requirements and child welfare policies. - Monitor compliance with service and residential treatment contracts, including drafting amendments as needed.- Review Medicaid billing and provider reimbursements, including monitoring use of internal billing system.- Draft court reports and testify in Juvenile Court of multiple jurisdictions regarding recommendations for the care and custody of children, including summarizing and analyzing assessments from mental health professionals and residential facilities.- Conduct risk assessment regarding placement of children and implementation of services.

- Practiced family and juvenile law. Argued cases both at the trial and appellate level.- Advised clients in litigation and settlement of child custody, adult abuse, child support cases. Received training to qualify for appointment as Guardian ad Litem.- Advised clients regarding financial matters associated with Dissolution of Marriage, including property division, business valuation and taxation.- Drafted settlement agreements, pleadings, orders, and legal briefs, including submissions to the Missouri Court of Appeals and Missouri Supreme Court.
