Current· Answers leads submitted via the website by phone call or email. Provides research, links to potential units, asks clarifying questions and seeks to understand the buyer’s needs.· Answers inbound phone calls builds rapport with the customer, asks questions. Conveys the Camping World advantage. Sells the next step. Provides good information and establishes themselves and Camping World as the RV experts.· Engages the customer in online chat asking questions, directing to different listings guiding and suggesting. Our online chat is a true sales opportunity in the spirit of the old traveling catalog sale person, sharing listings and building value by sharing personal insight and tying benefits to features and the customer’s desires.· Maintains the customer’s file in the CRM by consistently entering notes after every interaction and scheduling next steps. Coordinates with in dealership sales personnel to ensure a continuity of customer experience when the customer is handed off to their local store. A rep’s goal in a handoff s to build anticipation and excitement about the next step that the on-site salesperson can cash in on to close a deal.
