Senior Director, Ecommerce Fulfillment Optimization
CurrentServing as the functional leader for Albertsons’ expansion into micro-fulfillment (MFC) operations for eCommerce grocery order fulfillment and delivery, within our 2300+ store network. Partnering with Store Operations leaders at all levels from department leaders through COO to drive continuous improvement in the MFC business case. Completed site selection and cost/benefit analysis to justify capex investment for approval by executive leadership. Responsible for the launch and operations of 10 MFC sites within the Albertsons network ($100+M capex investment), focused on utilizing goods-to-person shuttle-based automation to improve picking productivity and increase per-store order capacity. Leading a team of 22 associates to oversee program and project management, inventory management, process optimization, data and analytics, training, labor planning, and daily execution. Driving internal and 3P partner roadmap prioritization to continue to optimize the integration of automation with in-store fulfillment.
