Also help coordinate patient treatment planning, handle patient financial accounts, manage staff schedules, perform billing and book keeping duties. Follow and enforce office policies and regulations. Perform timely payroll processing and maintain employee records. Identify areas of improvements and concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions. Perform inventory control and management to support cost reduction initiatives.

Knowledgeable about several specialty fields to ensure the patient is properly educated about any procedures that may be needed. Assist in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling. Conduct financial consultations with all patients when new treatment plans are presented. Manage and maintain the payment options and policies for patients to uphold practices financial integrity. Bill dental insurance, post payments, and claim estimations as required.
