Responsible for all of the administrative duties in the office. Coordinate marketing, budget office expenses, arranged staff meetings and handle payroll. Also help coordinate patient treatment planning, handle patient financial accounts, manage staff schedules, perform billing and book keeping duties. Assist in employee performance evaluation, promotion, termination, and retention activities.

Encourage, develop and maintain profession business relationships with patients, providers and staff personnel. Oversee daily office activities and provide direction and guidance to staffs as needed. Recruit and train new candidates in assigned jobs. Assist in employee performance evaluation, promotion, termination, and retention activities. Oversee payment collections from patients and contact insurance office for payment settlements. Maintain the treatment facility clean, safe and organized. Follow and enforce office policies and regulations. Perform timely payroll processing and maintain employee records. Identify areas of improvements and concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions. Perform inventory control and management to support cost reduction initiatives.

Build trust and understand the patients oral health, concerns and objectives. Knowledgeable about several specialty fields to ensure the patient is properly educated about any procedures that may be needed. Assist in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling. Conduct financial consultations with all patients when new treatment plans are presented. Manage and maintain the payment options and policies for patients to uphold practices financial integrity. Bill dental insurance, post payments, and claim estimations as required.
