As part of the ESG Solutions Marketing team, I work as a marketing coordinator and project manager on the annual Dell Enterprise Forum conferences held in the US and Europe for our customers and business partners. I'm also lead copywriter for enterprise nurture campaign emails and landing pages. Duties include:--Developing the editorial calendar, obtaining send window approvals, content creation and project management for Dell Enterprise Forum email communications.--Executing SalesForce.com follow-up campaigns and pipeline reporting.--Copywriting for conference sales and marketing assets.--Developing marketing plan and data analysis recap decks.--Creating and documenting marketing processes and best practices. --Submitting and organizing financial POs related to conference spend.--Overseeing the creation and distribution of design assets.--Developing the conference internal comms strategy and leading its execution. --Working with agencies to create webcasts and other assets in support of Dell Enterprise Forum.--Managing printed onsite guide process from quote to delivery. --Acting as a primary onsite point of contact for company executives at the conference. --Assisting with email and collateral QA.--Working with sales to establish and meet conference registration goals.--Writing content for enterprise nurture campaign emails and landing pages.--Developing materials for sales call blitzes.

Marketing:--Coordinated sponsorship presence at nine alliance partner tradeshows located in the U.S. as well as two industry, international tradeshows --Project lead on a corporate lead generation certification program that outlined the lead collection strategy, staff expectations and roles, and best practices for tradeshows and live events, targeting internal employees.
