I help individuals, teams and leaders upskill, connect to meaningful work and unlock their potential. Through my graduate education and subsequent work experience I've learned how to blend an Operational and L&D mindset to drive impact in organizations, with an equal emphasis on the business needs and the humans involved. As a Learning & Development leader and strategist, I also pay close attention to the scalability, sustainability and feedback loops of the programs I design. I consider myself a career changer - having pivoted from the corporate healthcare sector into tech (while taking a career break to travel in between) and love to share with others the best practices in networking and relationship building that helped me navigate the transition. Most recently I worked at tech companies, leading small global L&D teams that focused on learning lifecycles from onboarding through ongoing career development stages. In my spare time I love to learn and develop myself (pun intended!). I "study" DJ-ing and Capoeira and am seeking my next new skill to acquire ;-) I'm always excited to connect with others who are passionate about creating impact in organizations through people development and look forward to meeting you!
