As L&D professionals, keeping up-to-date with the latest research in learning experience design or the most efficient learning technologies is no easy task. Our events: _Shakers ThoughtLab: exploring different L&D topics in detail through discussion and best practice sharing from experts. _Shakers Playground: testing out new tools, methods, and applying skills we develop to get real-time feedback. _Socialising Shakers: monthly networking events for members. _Shakers Learning Cluster: a small group of peers tackling one common challenge together. _Shakers Immersive Series: small-group sessions focused on personal development and optimising our own learning journeys. _Behind L&D Curtain: 30 minutes Show & Tell by community members showcasing different projects they are working on. Besides, we’re also hosting our UNSCRIPTED podcast, and run projects like “Coaching for L&D” and “UNCONventional L&D” (our yearly unconference).
