• Lead Orange County office Carollo Cares program, focusing on STEM education with youth. Participated in events speaking to youth about career opportunities related to STEM. Conducted activities demonstrating water treatment processes, such as water filtration.• Completed several Water Master Plans and Recycled Water Master Plans for cities and water agencies throughout Southern California. The Master Plans included demand projections, hydraulic modeling, supply analyses, storage capacity analyses, and pumping capacity analyses. Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs) outlining the required improvements and estimated costs were developed for each Master Plan. • Complete the mandated 2015 Urban Water Management Plan (UWMP), which included unique population projections for a city with a permanent population and vacation/temporary population, demand projections, supply analysis, and conservation efforts.• Performed several hydraulic modeling studies for potable and recycled water systems to determine impacts on existing distribution system. Analyses included impacts of adding desalination plant supplies at different capacities, impacts of adding new recycled water customers, evaluations of pipeline alternatives, and evaluations to maximize recycled water use. • Analyzed potential recycled water customers based on existing demands and potential outdoor use. Target customers were evaluated based on the feasibility and cost-effectiveness (dollar per acre-foot) of building a pipeline to serve that customer.

• Organized and input CCTV data to identify problematic areas in collections system.• Assisted in the management of routine collection system cleaning schedule and data.• Coordinated with other departments to establish a procedure to close out maintenance projects. Successfully worked with several project managers to close out completed projects.
