Change control management; preparation of cost proposal for any changes requested by the client, identifying, evaluating the additional cost, prepare and claiming the design variations and additional scope of works to the contract. Sending the Purchase Request to head office and keep tracking the LPO as per the site requirements Managing the contractual correspondence and notices; ensuring they are issued on time to the Consultants/Subcontractors as per the provisions of the contract. Subcontract administration including preparation and issuance of Subcontractor payment certificates, variation orders and final accounts.Writing correspondences for all commercial related matters to consultants and subcontractors.Preparation of EOT prolongation cost and any other claims with all detail backups.Analyze project commercial risk, opportunity, savings and prepare and submit monthly CVR and CTC reports to management. Preparation of budget vs actual for management and labour and update three-month look ahead on monthly basis and report the risk and opportunity to management.Coordinate with the site management to confirm that all the works are claimed and costed, prepare, and agree the final accounts once the job is completed, receive a payment certificate from the engineer in order the company to collect the outstanding payment.
