Incoming QAQC- Responsible for quality and stringent specification of mechanical part which produce from local & overseas suppliers & machining companies.- Identification of material or article to be inspected or tested.- Measurement characteristics and required measuring equipment.- Acceptance and rejection criteria following the technical drawing specification- Prepare incoming accept / reject analysis on monthly basis.- Launch NCR and follow up to non-conformant parts from supplier . COMMISSIONING & CALIBRATION- Commissioning after refurbishing of mechanical equipment such as hydraulic power unit, pipe facing machine & line up clamp - Calibration and test procedures for welding equipment before send to offshore or onshore project.- Verify and document that equipment is refurbished and started per manufacturer’s recommendations and the technical specifications requirements.- Verify and document that equipment and systems receive complete operational checkout by mechanic & technician.- Attend commissioning team meetings.- Integrate and coordinate commissioning process activities with refurbishing team.- Review and use the Pre-Functional Checklists as specified in the technical specifications.- Complete the Pre-Functional Checklists as refurbishing of equipment is completed.- Complete the commissioning process and Functional Performance Test procedures and requirements and provide documented report.

Offshore Maintenance Dept.- Refurbish & major overhaul on mechanical equipment hydraulic power pack, pipe facing machine, line up clamp- Vast exprience in oil & gas industries mainly pipeline project- Installing automatic welding equipment & supporting equipment at client barge- Maintaining mechanical equipment during pipeline welding production in order to avoid breakdown & repair downtime.- Monitor consumption of consumable item during project
