CurrentTook the Group from TRCF of 69 to 4.4 in 2012; design of behavioural based safety initiatives; Created and developed group wide HSEQS Management systems and complimentary training packages; providing training, coaching and technical advice; Member of Executive Committee providing feedback and solutions; Development of staff in all HSEQS initiatives and qualifications; Maintenance and external audits of OSHAS18001 and ISO14001 and 9001 accreditations; Development of internal communication system to involve all in HSEQS; Group level audits, recording performance and providing focus; Designed and implemented HSEQS Intranet for consolidation/analysis of HSEQS data. Co-ordination of the Corporate Crisis Management Team and direction of external security services.
