A committed Human Resources professional and member of the HRPA working towards a CHRP designation. As the HR coordinator for Gincor Werx, I work in conjunction with the rest of the HR team to navigate HR initiatives and functions for the Gincor team - in our Blenheim location, our Aylmer location, and company wide. I take an active role in maintaining health and safety, benefits administration, employee relations, and assisting with full cycle recruitment for our 10 locations. I have developed a unique perspective and a passion for understanding the needs of my organization to plan strategically and contribute to organizational growth and wellness.
